Returns
All of the items on The Scooter Store are covered by our 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If within 14 days of receiving your goods you are not happy with your order you can return the goods for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund your items must be in their original packaging or unworn/washed. Any signs of wear and tear will void your refund.

Please note that you are responsible for delivery of the returned good(s).

Also note that the value of the refund is the total amount you paid, the refund will not cover vouchers/coupons. If you have used a gift certificate for the purchase we reserve the right to issue you only with a new gift certificate of the same value

How To Make a Refund Claim

Simply e-mail info@thescooterstore.com.au within 14 days of receiving your goods. Your e-mail must contain your Name, Address, Contact Number and Order Number. You will then be e-mailed return delivery details the following day. From this date you have another 14 days for the items to arrive out our shop. Once the item has been received your PayPal account will be debited the amount owed to you, PayPal will insure your money is returned to your bank account/credit account. You Will also receive an e-mail confirmation that the refund has been completed.

You are also entitled to request a written copy of this information, to receive this please e-mail info@thescooterstore.com.au with your request and delivery details.
